Now a McDonalds outlet, the former Townhall was commissioned by the 11th Earl of Meath to look down the main street of Bray.
Quite a dour brick structure in a Gothic style. Constructed on the site of old market house and assembly rooms.
Paisley Town Hall (the George A. Clark Town Hall) was funded by Clarks, the owners of the local Anchor thread mill.
Published in The Building News, October 12th 1883. Destroyed by fire in 1939 shortly after the start of the Second World War.
The burghs of Pathhead, Linktown, Gallatown and Sinclairtown were amalgamated into the royal burgh of Kirkcaldy in 1876.
