Robert G. Watt (1849-1915?)

From roughly 1875 until 1883 he was in a long-distance partnership with James Otway of Waterford as Otway & Watt. For the next twelve years or so Watt appears to have practised independently but in November 1895 he formed a new partnership with F.H. Tulloch of Westminster, London known as Graeme Watt & Tulloch.
