Newman & Jacques
Partnership formed by John Thomas Newman (1831-1896) and William Jacques (1854-1919). Following the death of Newman in 1896, Jacques’ brother, John Henry Jacques (1868-1939), who had been articled to Newman, became a partner in the practice which retained its original name until it was dissolved in 1939.
