Neil Hegarty
Studied at the VEC School of Architecture, Cork, and at Oxford University, England. Established private practice in Cork before joining Cork County Council in 1974 and Cork Corporation as City Architect in 1985 until 2003. Received the Silver Medal for Housing from the RIAI for the housing scheme at Dundanion Court.
