1912 – Union Station, Memphis, Tennessee Architect: The terminal, completed in 1912, was built in the Beaux-Arts style and was located on Calhoun Street, between south Second Street and Rayburn Boulevard.
1914 – Grand Central Station, Memphis, Tennessee Architect: Central Station was built on the site of a former station known as Calhoun Street Station. Memphis Central Station was owned by Illinois Central Railroad and the station was also used by Yazoo and Mississippi Valley Railroad,
1928 – Sterick Building, Memphis, Tennessee Architect: Wyatt C. Hedrick & Co. Once called “the Queen of Memphis” and “the most complex, the most fabulous building in Memphis,” the Sterick Building featured a white stone spire topped with a green tile roof.
