1838 – Non-Subscribing Presbyterian Church, Comber, Co. Down Architect: James Patterson The Non-Subscribing Presbyterian Church or Unitarian Church in Comber was designed by James Patterson who also designed the Comber Second Church.
1839 – Second Comber Presbyterian Church, Co. Down Architect: James Patterson Unusual but successful amalgam of a classical inspired facade with Gothic window stylings. Sadly in recent years the original window tracery and glass was replaced with a simpler glass finsh.
1872 – Ardara House, Comber, Co. Down A large two-storey house built in 1872 for Thomas Andrews (father of the other Thomas Andrews, designer of the Titanic) in a Italianate style with a projecting eaves cornice and a hipped slate roof.
1876 – Killynether House, Comber, Co. Down Architect: Henry Chappell Constructed as part of the Marquis of Londonderry’s estate and extended and remodelled in the early 1870s.
