Attractive former parochial house with a statue niche above the front door and carved decoration, the use of ashlar detailing makes elevates it above many in rural Ireland.
The foundation stone for the new convent was laid on 15th September 1879, but building work was suspended for a period during 1881-1882,

Fine rendered Victorian terrace. At the time of construction, Bundoran was a popular ‘genteel’ seaside resort. It was connected to the Great Northern Railway in 1876.
The railway opened in 1886 for the Enniskillen and Bundoran Railway and taken over by the Great Northern Railway in 1876.
