1934 – Messrs Heiton Ltd., Georges Quay, Dublin

Showroom and offices for Messrs Heiton Ltd, builders suppliers. Their premises and yard was later the site of several planning applications and a public hearing before becoming the site of the Ulster Bank headquarters.
1939 – Clarence Hotel, Wellington Quay, Dublin
Architect: Bradbury & Evans
Fine 1930s hotel which was modernised and extended upwards in the 1990s. The original entrance was moved to the centre of the facade.
