Designed like its neighbour, the Ulster Hall by William J. Barre, this is a fine example of the Belfast warehouse.
A fine warehouse built in a Glasgow Ventian style by a Glasgow architect, James Hamilton. The building has a corner entrance with a circular hall marked by a domed tempietto.
Monolithic brick structure on a curved site with some simple brick detailing on stairwells to the rear.
