A double-facaded building which runs through the block between Chambers Street and Reade Street,
Cole’s Monument is one of the most prominent landmarks on Enniskillen’s skyline.
Curvilinear gables on this neo-Tudor style market building are at odds with its later and more severe use as a courthouse.
Completed in 1857,
The Dawson Monument was built to commemorate Captain Vesey Dawson –
Fourth prize design in architectural competition for the Foreign Department,
Little Aston Hall was originally constructed around 1730 by Richard Scott of nearby Great Barr Hall,
Oldmill was an Aberdeen reformatory set up in 1857 and occupied by about 150 boys.
