Published in The Building News, December 12 1919: “The drawing reproduced on our doublepage plate to-day was exhibited at the Royal Academy this year. Mr. Frank Verity, F.R.I.B.A., of Sackville Street, W., is the architect of the intended building which will occupy an island site as shown in this perspective. “
