2023 – The Merrion Building, Merrion Street, Dublin
Architect: SSA Architects
Built to replace an idiosyncratic building, designed by Patrick H. Corcoran, built for Morrissey’s Auctioneers in 1956-7. This project involved the demolition of the existing three-storey building and the construction of a new five-storey office development containing office space over four levels along with an outdoor terrace area on the third level.
