    thanks ctesiphon for your honest answer, its hard to accept the facts, there is going to be built a 10,000seater football stadium across the lane way, from a site that we cant build a house on,

    hi ctesiphon, thank you for your reply,
    since that last email in 2003, I have learnt that since one family member has built on the land, we can’t wont get planning, and the development plan for the fingal area is only getting tougher to get planning 2005-2011 and is problay unlikly to change, if a planner was in my position would they forget all about the dream of buliding there own deam home in this kind of situation.

    your right 13 mins is not an eternity but 10 years might feel like one to wait.
