if faux georgians are going in here hopefully they won’t be as ugly as the ones on the north quays near four courts.

yes i only just noticed this last night since winter’s creeping in. it’s terribly dodgey in that part
the site of the tower is tarmaced over and outlined with yellow divider poles. nothing happenin there.
shop fit outs to commence in December on Stack A / CHQ with intention to open in April ’07.
M&B and a Terence Conran restaurant are the only definites at this stage though.There were kids skating around the square yesterday, presumably they found a gap in the fencing.
So if that continues expect the metal seating to be all dented before it’s open to the public.nothing is certain
