well, eglington is one thing, some decent development farther out towards the pairc is another matter. water street is stalling and compromised, CIE are holding up any development on their land, R&H hall, odlums, and all the other plots down there are woefully underdeveloped given the boom we’ve had in this country in the last 10 years, and it’s getting quite tiring to see some of the delapitation down there.

i’ve been hearing tid-bits on plans and strategies for years now, and it’s quite frustrating. forgive my impatience.

“news” is a bit of a stretch ๐Ÿ˜€

the most exciting thing i’ve seen proposed for the docklands is wilson’s vague sketches from the late 90’s.

i’d rather they took an extra month to consider the project and requested clarity on certain issues than simply dismiss it out of hand.

same as myself. bring along some TG stuff if it’s in any way presentable. the portfolio is intended to show some inclination towards art, drawing, creativity. maybe throw in some photography of buildings, landscapes or abstracts. i brought art projects, construction details, photos of my building models from the practical work we did, photos of buildings in cork and dublin. try and include stuff that expresses your interests, which should include architecture (or pretend anyways)
