rumour has it that they will use lightening strikes connected to the tram cables to jump start the Luas after the local gurriers stall them by throwing old unfashionable Kangaroo runner boots over the trams conducting rods.

blush – what a gaf! Just so you know I am not altogether mad there is a namesake old mucker of mine living just off Emmet Road in Inchicore!

Interesting fella – the original Mr. Gardiner – shame his legacy is so no unkonwn to the layman (including myself). Wonder if he was around today would be developing as high as he used to plan wide?

speaking of LOI stadiums, anyone any idea when they are finishing the Shamrock Rovers Stadium on the Tallaght Bypass? Seems to be done in little bursts of activity.

[OT] Luke, did you, by any chance, used to practice shotokan in Pulse Fitness about 10 years back? Or was that a different Luke G ?

rumour has it that a tunnel is currently being dug under the Heritage Coucil HQ by a young dissident webmaster, wielding an arsenal of explosives and unique page impression stats 😉

i know one of the brothers and i’d put a wager on the fact that he has enough of a hippy streak to retain it for it’s uniqueness.

[mumbles under breath] also, hasn’t there been some talk of division in the ranks and talk of a **** ** **** of *** **** [/mumbles under breath]

    maybe it’s ballymun-iphobia.

completely agree about the lack of imagination though, took a walk around the back of the IFSC the other day, felt suspiciously like an area of Romania I was in a few years back. the uniformity amazed me. effect is much worse from the river. and maybe it’s just me but does the width of the river promenade just make the buildings look shorter and stumpier.
