    I am not too keen on buildings with cedar cladding.

    I am pleased to hear that this particular building is being saved. I don’t understand why they want to build another shopping complex here as there are already two big ones (Jervis/ILAC) close by. I presume this complex you mention is separate to the ILAC.

    Nice pictures of Starbucks Graham. I just hope those awnings can extend out that bit further otherwise one would get soaked if the weather took a sudden change. It could happen.

    I heard a while back that the Spire is due to be cleaned. When are they going to get a start on that?

    I would like to see them do up Hawkins House. I know it is terrible looking but I’m sure it could look way better if they made an effort.
