ParticipantTreasury Holdings are still waiting for the Revenue Commissioners, the Garda and the ERHA to get their arses of the Hueston site AFAIK, nothing can happen till then.
Good to see U2 tower increased to 120M, hopefully this will set a minimum standard in the area. The Point Village tower should be raised to match it.

Correctish. It’s acually boxed in by a new office development. You can no longer see it from the street or the basin.
You can access it by wandering down this hidden alleyway like I did.
