ParticipantAhhhh doubt that will happen. It will be some property developer hoping to remove the complaints lobby by hirintg a big name and then having their inhouse crew ‘design’ the 5 million square feet of bland office space.

Another to watch – small shop buildings on corner of Benburb Street and Blackhall Place – listed but Fusano Ltd had planning notice on them for redevelopment. The corner entrance of one looks precarious.

perhaps community activism such as led by yourself at Kilmainham has resulted in Dublin’s lack of comparative buildings.
