As far I as know the documents were produced for the owners on henrietta street and not really as a public document . try your landlord on henrietta street or the dublin civic trust(castle street)or dublin corporation preservation office(not sure of its official title).
If the building you are living in has recently been the subject of a planning application then the document may be on the planning file. A specific document was compiled for each building giving surveys of existing state and proposals its upkeep.

Noticed yesterday that No3 Henrietta street (which was reputed to be the subject of a future CPO by Dublin Corporation) has some samples of render on it, presumably because of the appalling state of the brickwork-hope they don’t go ahead with it.
It all seems like a pathetic attempt to spend as little money as possible on the building without addressing the fundamental problems.

“Then maybe for a break from Dublin 8 I could direct you to “The Liberties” of the northside which pocesses many a fine pub and is still a great secret i.e. Stoneybatter and in particular the bars of Hanlon’s, Mulligans and Kavanagh’s “
    What ,no mention of Walsh’s
without a doubt the best pub in stoneybatter

Have you tried the Irish Architectural Archive at 73 Merrion Square? -They are usually very helpful.

I would not propose that it should evoke historicism on O’Connell Street.
please refer to my earlier posting at 11:57.
The solution should be contempory/innovative but cognisant of it surroundings.

    A bit disappointed i’m afraid.
based on only a quick look this morning
    -seems like a compositional exercise
-does not seem to relate much to its context (I don’t mean in a stylistic way)
will reserve judgement until I check it out fully

you’re right Jas about the building onto Church street-too fussy
The ugly exposed ducting above the woolsack looks like an afterthought.
I believe that the offices in the granary building have been likened to cells due to the lack of natural lighting (use of the existing opes in the external wall)

The law Library have two buildings on Church street.
The first is opposite the bridewell garda station and I think it was designed by P. Leech and the second (at the spar shop)was by Brian O’Halloran and associates (the Distillery building)-I think the model for the scheme is in the reception area (this was featured in the Irish Architect previously)

I agree with JK on the missed opportunity of forming a link with the Blue coat school.
Also as an Architect who has lived in the area for about 7 years I would be worried about Zoe having any involvement with the scheme as they have not served the area well with their previous developments.
The current design leaves a lot to be desired regardless of the height issue (I Agree that the apartment block is a stalking horse, in addition the proposed childrens museum/Wax museum is only to satisfy the “Civic use” requirement for increased density/height)
