No offence Bren88 but I’d like to keep this discussion open in the hope of attracting additional interest.
We’re going to be extending to the side and rear and completely reorganising the inside. Basically we are buying a bog standard boring old box house and want to turn it into a wow ‘green’ family home. We know our weaknesses so we intend to leave the creative side to the experts. We also have a significant budget to achieve this.
I thought about your idea of me doing the project management and it may be a possibility. If it were to happen (30% chance) I would probably still need a technical advisor so there may still be a retainer in it for someone.

My wife and I are both working full time and I’m miles away so not really an option and I don’t think it’s going to be a small job.

Someone to design from brief, put through planning, and then project manage the build to completion. Are you interested?

Are there any architects/project managers available?
Can all of Dublin’s architects be happy working on square box projects with clients that are only interested in cost and wouldn’t know a good creative design if it bit them in the ass?
