The college building looks like it is still on schedule (to open this Sept) – Does anyone know who designed it and when it will be possible to look around inside?

The Indo says that as well as increasing the height “Minister Dempsey also extended the proposed Station Square southwards to North Wall Quay”.
That would mean that if the developers went with the park option for the Spencer Dock site that it would connect directly with the extended Station Square. That would be a huge open (and wasted) space.
Seems that the National Conference Centre option is the only workable plan.

Has anyone seen any proposals for the tower down at waht will be Point Square? Sounds like it has potential – must be at least 60 m but not more than 100m.

Any ideas?
