I agree, an excellent landbank in a great posistion and plenty of land. Strange for such a large schme there is little or no information on it. Typically the 16 storey building is being appealed however I think this area is suited to such development and the hotel thats nearly completed does look very impressive:rolleyes:
Looking at the map, showing the interchanges that Rossbrien interchange looks like a more intelligent layout compared to the woefully designed roundabout interchanges we have become use to. Dont know why these roads arent labelled as motorway though as there well up to standard:confused: There are no ‘M’ roads planned near or within Limerick at all.

No morlan that is not it. Its at the M1/M50 junction on the n32 side. You cant miss it, the large Bewleys hotel nearly finished there. Its a huge development which funny enough I cant find much info on.

Its part of the ‘Airport City’ development. It got permission from Fingal Co Co but someone appealed it to board pleanala. I read the appeal was thrown out. The first part of this development (Bewleys hotel) is well underway and the firat block is almost finished and it is actually quite big. Anyone have images of this development by any chance?
Hello, there is actually a 16 storey hotel about to begin constuction in the vicinity of the Airport at the m50/m1 junction. Not much but its a start 🙂

I dont think there is any ‘strategic’ development plan for Dublin. It just seems to grow and grow in an unsustainable fashion. Of course most of it is through planning corruption so I would not expect anything remotely ‘strategic’ for the forseeable future.
