I have to say, it’s extremely worrying. You only have to look in Merchant’s Quay to see just how many businesses have upped and left for cheaper Blackpool/Mahon Pt. What’s even more distressing is that we’re losing the small, local businesses that have been in existence in the city for years.Carrigaline

Great for Northern Ireland. not so great for the Republic. I can see an awful lot of Northerners who have been refused permission coming down here and taking advantage of our lax planning regulations.
