1915 – St. Augustine’s Seminary, Scarborough, Toronto, Canada

St. Augustine’s Seminary was established in 1913 to train diocesan priests, and was designed in a classicial idiom with an Italianate chapel. The main details of the principal facade were described as “A portico, having granite columns and balustrade, form a covering to the driveway and the granite stairway leading to the principal entrance. Heavy bronze doors lead into the reception hall, which is treated in a somewhat heavy and simple manner, with Ionic pilasters and beamed ceiling, in Caen stone cement finish, and marble mosaic floor”
