Zoe apts – church street

A Zoe subsidiary has just been refused planning permission to convert the apartment building design ed by Grafton Architects into offices.

As reported in the Irish Times Commercial Property supplement: ‘Zoe says that while they are still assessing what course of action to take, it is unlikely that the building at the junction of Church Street and North King Street will ever be used as apartments.’
