Where have the Capel St bridge kiosks gone?

Hi, Did anyone else notice that the kiosks on Capel Street Bridge have been removed? Noticed it first time last night walking by it. I for one support the removal as the bridge looks more attractive without them especially as I think only one of them were ever occupied in all the time they were there. Used to feel sorry for whoever worked in the newsagent kiosk as they must have always been frozen there during the winter time.
When were they removed and does anyone know the formal reason why?
