ParticipantAnyone know if U2’s old studio on Hanover Quay has been demolished or not yet?
Thanks all.

InactiveThe last time I passed it, there was a graffiti-covered wall still standing but I think the building was gone.

InactiveI`m not 100% sure but I think the building accross the road from that graffiti`d wall is the studio, which is still very much there, I think it`s attached to Harry Crosbies gaff, again not sure that`s his gaff but always though it was. Anyhoo, I`m pretty sure it`s still there, behind the graffiti wall is a concrete factory, Rock n` Roll.

Inactivethanks guys. I wasn’t sure as I know it’s scheduled for demolition and wanted to take some pics for a U2 website before it’s gone.
If you’re passing by any time presently could you just double check. I know Crosbies place and beside that is a building the band used as a type of garage, the studio was the last right across from the construcion/concrete factory.

hopefully it’s still there for a little while longer at least.

InactiveStill there this afternoon! I think the deal is it stays till the U2 Tower studio is built…? It’s not a development site, merely an opportunity for DDDA to open up the view of the Basin.
