"Transport for Dublin" & the National Transport Authority

What ever happened to the proposed brand for Dublin transport that would be the Dublin Transport Authority? I know that the DTA plan was merged with other national schemes to create the National Transport Authority, but this presumably can’t be the Dublin equivalent of Transport for London as was planned anymore?
One would assume that when integrated ticketing comes in, along with the plans to change bus services (plus the electronic screens for all stops), Metro and DARTu, a single brand would be beneficial and a single journey planner service essential – requiring something like a “Transport for Dublin”.
So does the gov actually have a plan anymore?
