      It’s great to see the restoration of the Georgian house finally under way. Let’s hope it will encourage the rejuvenation of this neglected area of the city.Anyone remember the film shot here based on the book ‘the Dead’ by John Huston and starring the late great Donal McCann and Frank Patterson respectively.

      Has this project died?
      The house is now more derelict looking than before with most of the windows open to the elements.

      It is in a disgraceful state …….the new Calatrava bridge will overlook this too
