A design team led by Dolan and Donnelly Architects has been chosen to draw up plans for a nine million pound developement on the Liffey House site. Liffey House is only 20 years old but has always been deemed unsightly and architecturally poor.

should start in 12 months
there is also the CIE development of the station, as they have bought the office block and property on the corner of Tara Street and the quay
