Here’s a thought; I am one of the only owner occupiers in College Gate Apartments on Townsend St. According the the developers plans there were supposed to be two “beautiffuly” lanscaped public areas in the development. The buidling has been finished for over 3 years now and all there is in the two “gardens” are paving slabs.

Is there any way I can threaten the developers with legal action so that they might finish their job or would I be just wasting my time?

      Cheers.

You need to look at the deeds. A brochure isn’t legally binding I reckon. Of course, I’m probably talking rubbish and you should really see a solicitor rather than us armchair legal types.
