Another Dublin Civic Trust study published this morning, this time focusing on South William Street and its surrounding area. In fact the report is really about that whole network of streets between Grafton Street and South Great Georges Street.
To be honest I would ignore the Irish Times articles in this instance, which in my view bear little resemblance to the actual report, and skip straight to the Study:

If you must indulge Frank and Judith…
“Business body seeks to gentrify district by ban on sex shops, tattooists and tanning salons”

The authors of the Study have given a great deal of thought (IMO) to many of the common problems found about the city…indeed any of our cities…and how these might be addressed. Well worth a read.
