      Imagine 1 billion pounds been spent overall on the HARP/Smithfield area. Will this area come to full fruitition…………we’ll have to wait and see.Let’s hope the ‘locals’ appreciate such an investment. I heard recently that they want to stop all concerts in future relocating them to Marley park or somewhere. Seemingly the noise, hustle and bustle were giving the ‘locals’ a headache. So much for bringing ‘life’ back into the inner city.
