A keen developer knocked on my door yesterday looking to buy some land from me. Before I get some professional advice form a surveyor, I was wondering if you guys could rustle up a rough estimate of how much I should get for about a half an acre of land.
The land is physically situated about 100 meters from Shankill DART station (about 5mins walk) and beside some recently built apartments. The developer wants to build similar apartments on my land too. The land has direct access to a main road leading to the DART station.
They are squeezing in apartments everywhere in Shakill these days and as far as I’m aware there is no plot of land availalbe (and with permission for apartments) as close to the DART station as my plot.
