Sealing a power floated concrete floor?

Hi there
Iam renovating and extending an old cottage. I had hoped to have a polished concrete floor but could not afford the polishing, so I have to settle for just a power floated finish.
I really like the look of ‘raw’ concrete and I am trying to find a product that will give me a not too shiny finish and will seal the floor from staining and dust.
I found a product called Paverseal on the web but have not been able to get any information or sample (Irish distributor basically not interested!)
Has anyone used this prduct or anything similar? I really dont want to paint the floor.
