      Hello!
I have a three bedroom two storey derelict farmhouse property in Fermanagh that needs more than just a breath of new life! Is there anyone here in this forum who can shed their experience on the process of regional labour and construction costs for a project whereby renovation or replacement was necessary, and which is more cost effective?

      Regards,
      Paul

ha! it must be all right! very interesting… As it happens I work in the Web industry and was thinking of setting up a ‘fly on the wall’ site making a case-study out of my own property development. I have been looking for information online and discover that in fact it is a very poorly covered topic. There is no shortage of tradespeople or advertisers or anything like that, just a disappointing lack of thorough coverage on a project such as this. Thank you Andrew for your advised threads, much appreciated.
