Not sure now that I look at it more closely. Had written Parnell Street in assumption that was where it was but not actually sure now that I look at it more closely it is not there at all.

Yes, it’s on Harcourt Road. The red man appears to be on the side wall of the infamous Manhattan cafe.

Maybe he is Spiderman, as in there is a link between the Manhattan Cafe and Spiderman???
