I am not too sure of the history behind this house, but it is on Gracepark Terrace, Dublin 3.
It called Annadale Lodge, my only belief is this could have been a lodge on the Earl of Charlemont estate (its main entrance is about 100yards north of this building), and it looks of the right period.
Planning App looking for demolition and replacement with modern two storey dwelling.
Interesting windows and proportions.
Will try find out more, surely this is worthy of saving.

It most certainly is. Great you spotted this one lauder! I passed the house a few months ago visiting people in one of the houses across the road. Extraordinary to encounter such an old house in the midst of the most mind-boggling sprawling 1950s suburbia, and not only standing, but pretty much intact to boot.
Franc Myles did an extremely comprehensive assessment of the building, and believes it to be much older than its outward early 19th century appearance would suggest (though early maps are ambiguous). It could possibly for a former Dutch Billy, or merging of a pair of such houses. There are also later fragments of mid-18th century joinery inside if I recall from his report.
Do a quick planning search for it on DCC’s site and it should pop up. (the last application was refused btw)

Looks terrible. Badly needs some brick cladding or something.
