ParticipantI am looking for advice on a planning matter. Is it possible to get an architect to approve “This will usually entail an architect’s certificate stating that the conditions of the planning regulations have been complied with.” after the building has been completed. The planning process was approved by the CC, but I never completed the final step of getting an architect to cert the plans. House was constructed in 2001.
Advice on this would be welcome. - August 19, 2008 at 4:05 pm #802786

Advice on this would be welcome. It’s called an “architect’s opinion on compliance with planning permission and / or exemption from planning control”. Any RIAI registered person can do it. Normally almost certainly required nowdays in a house sale.

InactiveWould anyone be able to recommend an architect in the Meath / Kildare area who could help me out with the process? Thanks.
