This amendment of the Regulations and the guidance in this Document
apply to new dwellings only. This Document does not apply to
– works to existing dwellings – including extensions to existing dwellings,– works to buildings other than dwellings.
– conservatory-style sunspaces that are treated as extensions (see
Paragraph 0.1.6),
