      Had a peek at the new granite paving laid (opposite Clerys). It takes the form of flat cobbles. A bit septic and lifeless.

      But at least its underway. For the life of me I do not understand why they bothered paving around the spire and then removed it – within a month! another waste of much needed money…

      I so want to see whats going on but won’t be in the city for another few weeks – I hate the summer!
      I was wondering if they were going to go ahead with those cobbles.
      Is any work underway on the Royal Dublin by any fluke?

      of course – if a luas was to be put down the street now would be the time to prepare the site for this – but will they? Will they f***

      Aaaaaaaaaa………I’m a demented Dubliner, get me out of here ( for a wee while at least)….yeah, Manchester city centre sounds great.
