ParticipantThe Planning & Development Regulations 2006(SI 685 of 2006) relating to the processing of Planning Applications under the Planning Act 2006 came into effect on March 31st 2007.
Copies of these regulations are available at http://www.environ.ie. From March 31st 2007 all applications for permission under these Acts will have to comply with the requirements of these Regulations.
A Statutory Planning Application Form will now need to accompany each Planning Application & all questions in this form must be answered. Additional information is also requested on the form & should be provided to facilitate consideration of the application. These new application packs are available from all County and Borough Council Offices

Took the trouble of looking at some of the different planning authorites new forms and there’s already some making variations to the stautory form. Kilkenny Council are one of the culprits.
