Modular Vs. Traditional Construction

Hello,

I have been asked by a client to do some research on modular construction for a new office project we have coming up. This will probably involve a cost/benefit analysis of modular vs. traditional construction. As I have little or no experience of modular construction, I thought I would seek some advice from you, the kind people of archiseek.

Have you got any experience of modular construction? Have you ever carried out comparitive analysis between the two methods? I would be very keen to hear from you.
