Shay Cleary project from 1995-don’t know if it is to be built
(Quenn Street Housing) http://www.sca.ie/Existing flats to be gutted and refurbished new units to be constructed on Blackhall street and Queen Street. it’s taken five years to satisfy everybody involved but phase one (Blackhall St) is on site.
