      Does anyone know what the plan is regarding the Marmion Court Flats. Are they to be renovated, or demolished? They are pretty grim looking, but I must admit to liking the graffiti. What’s the plan for Blackhall Street.

      Existing flats to be gutted and refurbished new units to be constructed on Blackhall street and Queen Street. it’s taken five years to satisfy everybody involved but phase one (Blackhall St) is on site.
