This film has been my favourite since Art College in ’89. I got it on video years ago but to see it in the cinema for he first time last night… My God, it’s just breath-taking.

Profound, moving, exhilarating and so thought provoking, more and more each time.

And the Philip Glass score, especially ‘The Grid’ rollercoaster climax.
