An obituary notice appeared in the New York Times last weekend announcing the death of John Johansen, one of the “Harvard Five”, who has died at the age of 96.
Johansen designed the American Embassy in Dublin, in consultation with Michael Scott and was married, for the third and final time, to Ati Gropius daughter of Walter.
