Hafele provide all the nescessary fixings, rails, handles, locks, stops – basically everything you need for any type of sliding or folding door you can think of – http://www.haefele.com
Any decent joiner / carpenter should be able to make and fit the nescessary components to whatever type of doors you choose. Thats how I did mine (two sheeted timber sliding doors meeting on a corner) and it worked out perfectly…

try ariel door gears – http://www.adg.ie – they supply klein sliding tracks, very neat, easy to hide the track.
