Hey,
Just a quick question for you. (not an arhitect BTW, just thought you guys would know)
Is it standard practice for an architect to not allow changes to be made to a building for a certain amount of time after it’s built.
I wouldn’t be very surprised by that, but have you ever heard of the interiour not being allowed to be rennovated?
A few people in my college (DCU) were trying to see if the bar could be painted a different colour add new furniture etc to make it more friendly and this was the excuse we were told. I’m wondering if it’s true or if they just got confused between structural changes & interiour design changes.
Thanks,
– Kevin
